Federal Civil searches are found in US Federal District Courts and can typically include records of cases concerning interstate commerce, alleged violations of Federal statutory or constitutional rights, cases involving or against the Federal government as well as financial entities. Monetary damages, requests for injunctions to stop alleged illegal behavior or requests for monetary remedies provided by law and more may be revealed.
