Employer Lynx, Inc. was founded in 1996 in response to the growing need for employee background checks and investigations.
By 1998, the company was already experiencing a period of rapid growth and so the board, already consisting primarily of women, recruited K.J. Smith to head up operations.
Through her leadership of Employer Lynx over the past 20 years, Smith has overseen a tripling in the number of accounts the company serves and they boast a significant base of clients throughout the entire state of Nevada and beyond.
