Customer Service – An Entry Level Job That Will Challenge And Grow You

You’ll be helping to provide the absolute best services available to business owners and decision makers who love and appreciate what we do. Ours is a small, friendly office where your teammates will assist you in learning new skills in a fascinating field.

THE POSITION:

We’re looking for a full time Customer Service Provider. You’ll be assisting with our background screenings and will be conducting these via the computer and through phone queries. No experience is required for this entry level position, but you’ll need to be detail focused, a quick learner and you must be good at customer service and enjoy talking with people on the phone. A good part of your job is data entry, so you should be handy and accurate with a keyboard. You’ll need to be at least 21 years old, have strong English skills, have at least a high school diploma (or GED equivalent) and able to pass a background check.

THE LOCATION:

We’re headquartered in the center of Carson City, NV, which with the new freeway is a comfortable and beautiful drive from just about anywhere in the Reno-Tahoe-Carson area.
