All County courts throughout the nation are accessible through a network of qualified court researcher’s familiar with specific court retrieval requirements. Generally, information retrieved is the most current legally available and covers felony level convictions based on a minimum of seven-year search and may include misdemeanor and infraction information. County searches are based on applicant’s current address and/or residence address history unless otherwise requested.  In some cases, there may be an additional records access charge as assessed by the applicable county.

Court record search is by name (primary) and if applicant has used any other names during previous 7-years, this would require an additional search.
