When it comes to employment recruiting for business owners and human resources professionals, there is an often-heard question when it comes to Artificial Intelligence.

That question is: “Should we…or should we not use it when hiring for our organization?”

As it turns out, that question is not the correct one to ask. That’s because virtually all organizations these days, including their human resources departments, are leveraging Artificial Intelligence whether they want to…or not.

The use of Artificial Intelligence, or AI, is so prevalent throughout our online and computerized experiences these days, that it’s impossible to avoid.

AI in some form or fashion has been a part of the software systems that we have used daily for many years, if not decades. From using travel sites, to booking reservations, to making purchases online, and all forms of social media have been using AI to personalize, and as they would say, optimize your experience.

We’re all using AI. The important question is, how much of it should we be using when it comes to recruiting, and how much should the results be trusted?

To assist you with answering that question, we’re going to share several key things you should know about artificial intelligence.
